Overweight is a dangerous epidemic in our industrialized world. Caused by poor eating habits, stressful lifestyles, and lack of exercise. Most of us just don’t move around enough. And if we do, it is not with healthy exercise. We spend too much time sitting on the job, sitting in the car on the way to work, sitting in our spare time - either in front of the computer or the television. We are spoiled with technology and no longer need to exert ourselves. Life has become simple and complicated at the same time. Without exercise, the body has little opportunity to use the calories we provide with low-nutrient, unhealthy foods: What we eat is stored as fat instead of converted into energy.
Get to know a completely new kind of exercising, one that is actually comfortable. It neither over- nor under-challenges you, but still makes you fit.
